International broadcast consultant, trainer and author
Valerie Geller has helped broadcasters and audio creators in 42 countries make content that matters to their audiences.
Her work is built on a deceptively simple editorial discipline: tell the truth, make it matter and never be boring. At Radio Workshop she explored how strong storytelling, rigorous airchecking and genuine human connection help radio earn attention.
“Tell the truth. Make it matter. Never be boring.”

Radio consultant and founder of BMC
With thirty years in radio, Tomislav Jakobović approaches AI as a practical newsroom assistant — one that accelerates routine work while leaving editorial judgement firmly in human hands.
His system learns a station’s tone, format, target audience and editorial character, then supports topic discovery, programme planning and the preparation of broadcast-ready copy. The objective is not to replace programme teams, but to give them more time for creative work and stronger listener relationships.
